Yes, by prior agreement for cutovers, maintenance windows and urgent rollouts. After-hours rates apply as documented in scope.

What onsite tasks do you commonly perform?

Is remote support secure?

Remote sessions use approved tools with staff authorisation. Sessions are logged and used for troubleshooting, installs and agreed maintenance.

Can onsite support be added to managed services?

Yes. Onsite hours can be included in your agreement or booked per visit depending on expected frequency.
